I Am Fully Addicted To Valorant - Here's Why I Started Playing And Why You Should Too
Mouse and Keyboard MRags IS HERE BABY! I never thought I'd see the day, I'm the biggest controller stan of all time, but for Valorant you really should be playing Mouse and Keyboard instead of controller.
This video above really dives into why I started playing Valorant and what I'm expecting out of the game. Overall, I think it'll provide some great content to watch me go from absolute bot to a somewhat decent competitive player. I'm fully confident by putting time into the game that I can become an above average competitive player, but it will certainly take some time.
I'll be documenting my journey through competitive Valorant + all the tips and tricks I learn as well. Valorant is a massive, massive esport because it feels more like Chess than Checkers. CC Nickmercs...
I fully agree with Nick here, btw. Swap Valorant for Fortnite and this tweet is meant for this blog.
I still enjoy Warzone, but I hit a point where the game wasn't very enjoyable to me anymore. Every time I ran into was hacking and at the end of the day, I'm craving a game where I can grind a competitive ranking. Warzone has competitive matchmaking (skills-based match making), however there's nothing to show for it. Since I'm a 3.74 KD, I play against the best players in the world with nothing to show for it.
I'll still be playing Warzone frequently on stream, this certainly isn't goodbye. I'll just be focusing more energy on other games like Knockout City and Valorant. Also, I think it'll be great to diversify the content that Gametime is putting out.
In the near future, you can definitely expect a beginner's guide to Valorant.
If you play Valorant, tweet me you best tips because I NEED THEM. GGs.
